Hft in Flintshire, North Wales, is seeking a Project Development Lead to join the Day Opportunities team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will drive the design and delivery of training and development programmes, build partnerships with employers and education providers, and expand day opportunities for people we support.
You will work with people we support to understand interests and aspirations, develop personalised pathways toward employment and volunteering, and help deliver an autism.
