Encourage participation in social, leisure, work, and community activities that bring connection and enjoyment * Promote health, safety, and wellbeing while respecting people’s decisions * Support people to attend health appointments and manage medication confidently * Stand alongside people to manage daily life with confidence, including personal care when needed * Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices to ensure everyone is safe and supported You’re passionate about standing alongside learning disabled adults and supporting them to live life their way.
