Hft's Learning & Development team is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences for frontline colleagues across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West. This hybrid role involves home-based work with regular travel to services to deliver face-to-face training and coach teams in practice.
You will develop induction programs, deliver mandatory training, and create blended learning solutions while ensuring care standards and the Care Certificate are met.
