About the role
Supporting adults with learning disabilities in supported living services, working alongside the Service Manager to ensure high standards of support, safety, and quality. Responsible for supervising support staff and promoting best practices to ensure the wellbeing and independence of those supported.
About you
- Experience in management within learning disabilities services, possibly as a Registered Manager.
- Knowledge of legislation, CQC regulations, and health and safety.
- Good IT skills and record-keeping experience.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or willingness to undertake this qualification within 18 months.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate staff.
