In this role, You’ll:
- Lead the delivery of day opportunities services across multiple locations
- Work with the team to provide care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being
- Support the development of person-focused plans that help individuals reach their full potential
- Lead and support a team that’s dedicated to creating meaningful activities and outcomes
- Work with local authorities and other partners to identify new business opportunities and grow our services
- Develop and deliver training to make sure the team meets all required standards and compliance
- Help create a culture that’s inclusive and empowering for both our team and the people we support
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a compassionate and driven leader. You’ll need:
- Experience managing day services for people with learning disabilities
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or the willingness to work towards it)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop your team
- A proactive attitude and a passion for driving continuous improvement
- A good understanding of compliance and regulations in care services
- Great communication skills, both with your team and external partners
- A valid driving license and your own transport for regional travel
