- Encourage participation in social, leisure, work, and community activities that bring connection and enjoyment.

- Support people to attend health appointments and manage medication confidently.
- Stand alongside people to manage daily life with confidence, including personal care when needed.
- Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices to ensure everyone is safe and supported.
You’re passionate about standing alongside learning disabled adults and supporting them to live life their way. Willingness to learn and work towards a Health and Social Care qualification.
