Job Purpose Reporting to the Catering Manager, the role of Cook is to plan and prepare a menu of nutritious and high-quality meals, snacks and drinks for customers whilst providing a training and skills development opportunity for Learning Disabled and Autistic adults and young people.
You will comply with all Food Hygiene Regulations, ensuring that kitchen and equipment work areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard and that stock and budgets are controlled at all times.
You will be required to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team and possess good relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
