  • Supporting new starters through our induction programme and embedding the Care Certificate standards.
  • Designing and developing innovative learning content for our Learning Management System.
  • Identifying learning needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training.
  • Supporting apprenticeship delivery and successful learner completion.
  • Working closely with managers to ensure learning is embedded into day-to-day practice.
  • Championing best practice, compliance and continuous improvement across our services.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation to support learning and development initiatives.

About you:

You'll be an enthusiastic and confident learning professional with experience within health and social care and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience delivering learning and development programmes within health and social care.
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
  • Experience identifying learning needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Experience creating engaging digital learning content for a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to inspire and engage learners.

Why join Hft?

This is far more than a training role—it's an opportunity to influence the quality of support experienced by thousands of people with learning disabilities. You'll join a collaborative and supportive People team where your ideas are welcomed, innovation is encouraged, and your work genuinely makes a difference.
