Hft is seeking a Service Manager to lead four small supported living services in Stroud and King's Stanley. You will guide teams to deliver person-centred support, empower adults to live life their way, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment where people feel valued and independent.
You will lead on regulatory compliance, budget management, recruitment and development, and build strong partnerships with families and external stakeholders.
