What we’re looking for:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be crafting and executing detailed campaign plans that outline campaign goals and target audiences; all with a keen focus on achieving strong marketing return on investment (ROI), so strong experience with marketing campaigns is essential. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, as you’ll be implementing campaigns across various digital platforms making sure that branding and messaging is consistent. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you’ll be producing compelling content and copy that speaks to the target audience, including written articles, graphics, videos and interactive media. You’ll need to have a creative flair as you’ll be looking at existing content to repurpose or adapt to fit campaign needs. You must be able to analyse and interpret digital marketing analytics as you’ll be thoroughly reviewing campaigns and assessing their performance against initial objectives.
Some of the things you’ll get up to:
- Regularly updating internal stakeholders and external partners on campaign progress and performance.
- Communicating effectively to deliver alignment and adjust approaches based on feedback and evolving business objectives.
- Identifying key learnings, successes, and areas for improvement to inform future campaign strategies.
- Coordinating all digital assets within the digital asset management platform, making sure they’re readily available, properly formatted and aligned with the campaign’s brand standards.
- Monitoring the deployment of campaigns and making sure they go live according to schedule and optimised for each platform's specifications.
- Developing accurate budget forecasts for each campaign, outlining expected costs for creative development, media buying, platform fees and other expenses.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting campaign tactics in real-time to improve outcomes, making sure goals are met or exceeded.
- Making sure work is compliant with GDPR and the electronic communications policy.
