Make a Real Difference Every Day. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Support Workers to join our team in the Worthing area, supporting a friendly woman to live independently and enjoy her daily life.

This is a rewarding opportunity for carers who live locally and are passionate about providing person‑centred support. You'll be assisting with morning routines, daily living activities, companionship, and helping our client maintain her independence and quality of life.

Working Pattern:

  • 7 days on / 7 days off (flexible working pattern available)
  • 8-hour shifts worth £140 per day!
  • Occasional longer shifts may be required with advance notice for trips out etc.
  • Day shifts, including weekends as part of the rota.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting with morning and daily routines
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Supporting with household tasks and daily living activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and community engagement
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Caring, patient, and dependable individuals

Pay & Benefits:

  • £17.47 per hour, that’s a day rate of £140 a day!! (Bank Holidays £22 per hour)
