We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and adaptable Support Workers to join our team in the Worthing area, supporting a friendly woman to live independently and enjoy her daily life. This is a rewarding opportunity for carers who live locally and are passionate about providing person-centred support. You'll be assisting with morning routines, daily living activities, companionship, and helping our client maintain her independence and quality of life.
Working Pattern
- 7 days on / 7 days off (flexible working pattern available)
- 8‑hour shifts worth £140 per day!
- Occasional longer shifts may be required with advance notice for trips out etc.
- Day shifts, including weekends as part of the rota.

- Supporting with morning and daily routines
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting with household tasks and daily living activities
