About The Home Care Role:

Our clients benefit from ongoing, 24‑hour care delivered by a consistent, dedicated team of care assistants. You will work with one client per shift and will not be required to travel between multiple homes. The typical shift is 12 hours, and you will have the opportunity to work around your availability – most care assistants choose to work around 36 hours (3 shifts) per week. On average, weekly income is £500‑£555, with annual income between £26,200 and £28,950 (dependent on shift patterns and including holiday pay). All care assistants are directly employed by us via PAYE. This eliminates the need for self‑assessment and third‑party payments, protecting you from IR35 complications. Shift pattern and rates are inclusive of holiday pay and paid per hour worked.
