Clients Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to support a paediatric client with a tracheostomy in place.

What HFH offers?

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefits from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
• We aim to offer work that meets your availability. On average, a carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning between £500 – £555 per week.*
• This work pattern typically results in an annual income of between £26,200 – £28,950.*
• We employ all staff directly and manage pay via PAYE, removing the need for third-party companies or self-employment calculations. PAYE also ensures compliance with IR35 regulations.
• *Please note: The rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay, which is accumulated per hour worked, and depend on shift patterns (days/nights/weekends).
