Responsibilities
- Assist a client who requires continuous care (24 hours a day).
- Providing support for tracheostomy care and feeding.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and health status.
- Communicating with the client using non‑verbal cues due to impaired speech.
- Assisting with rehabilitation exercises.
- Maintaining the client’s hygiene, dressing, and well‑being.
- Engaging in visits and outings such as to bridal boutiques to encourage social interaction.
