Salary: £28,000 per annum

About HFH HealthcareHFH Healthcare meets the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse‐led services to adults and children in their own homes, in and around London as well as the Southeast of the country. Working in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables individual clients to remain at home even when the level of health care required is highly complex. Our services are provided through local and specialist focused multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Support the recruitment journey, working closely with the operations and care management teams

Interview and pre‐screen candidates

Report on the recruitment pipeline

Collect supporting documents

Attend recruitment meetings

Work towards recruitment KPIs

Participate in job fairs, youth employment and back‐to‐work charities and career events

Source candidates through a variety of media

Requirements

Ideally experience as a Recruitment Officer

Experience within Health & Social Care

Extensive knowledge of social media and other professional networks

Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

Strong decision‐making skills

A desire to be part of a company making an incredible difference to people\’s lives

Excellent organisational skills

Great teamwork skills
