Client Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and skilled healthcare assistant to provide specialised care for a 1‑year‑old child with complex medical needs. The client lives in a comfortable and loving home environment with supportive family members. The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric care and be proficient in managing these advanced medical requirements while creating a calm and friendly environment.
What HFH Offers
- Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
- Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.
- We will offer you work to meet your availability; the average carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week for us and earns £500 – £555 per week.
- Three‑day a week work equals an average annual income of £26,200 – £28,950.
- All staff are employed directly via PAYE, removing the need for third‑party companies or self‑employed status. This protects you from IR35 tax regulations.
- *Rates are inclusive of holiday pay, accumulated per hour worked.
