Client Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Paediatric healthcare assistant to support a 2-year-old with a genetic condition. The client has epilepsy and requires suctioning.

What HFH offers:

  • Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
  • Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
  • We aim to offer work that meets your availability. On average, a carer works three 12-hour shifts per week, earning approximately £500 – £555 per week.*
  • This work pattern results in an annual income of approximately £26,200 – £28,950.*
  • All staff are employed directly, with pay managed via PAYE, avoiding third-party companies or self-employment. This ensures compliance with IR35 regulations and simplifies tax processes.
