We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months of experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home‑to‑home role; you will be based solely at one client’s residence.
Job Type: Full time and part time available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one‑to‑one care to clients with complex needs, maintaining continuity of care and supporting the client’s daily activities.
- You may be required to work 12‑hour day or night shifts, and you will be responsible for the care of a single client for each shift.
Schedule:
- Live‑in care: 12‑hour days and 12‑hour nights, available to those able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
- Live‑in patterns may include a 2‑weeks on, 2‑weeks off schedule (equating to 26 weeks a year).
Pay:
- Shift rates: £12.71–£16 per hour, up to £134.48 per day.
- Live‑in weekly pay up to £941.36.
- Typical live‑in earnings are up to £24,475.36 per annum.
- The average carer works three shifts (36 hrs) per week, earning between £26,200 and £28,950 per year, inclusive of holiday pay.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months’ experience caring for clients with complex needs.
