We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home to home role; you will be based at one client’s residence. The clients have complex needs and will benefit from a carer who is attentive, proactive and up for a challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24‑hour care and support to complex care clients in their own homes.
  • Maintain continuity of care by working a single shift per client without traveling between homes.
  • Ensure the client’s safety, wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience caring for complex needs clients.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Availability for 9‑hour night shifts and weekends.

Job Type

  • Full Time and Part Time available.

Salary

  • £12.71–£16 per hour.
