What HFH offers:

Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff. Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours. Where possible, we will offer work to meet your availability. The average carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week for us and earns £500 - £555 per week*. This work pattern typically results in an annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*. We employ all staff directly and manage pay via PAYE, removing the need for third-party companies or self-employment calculations. This also ensures compliance with IR35 regulations.* Please note: Income depends on shift patterns (days/nights/weekends). The rates shown include holiday pay, accrued per hour worked.
