We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.
Job Description:
We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the London area.
2 weeks On / 2 weeks Off Live-In shifts available.
6 months of previous care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.
Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Cough assist
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Oxygen therapy and monitoring
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Behaviours which challenge
- Complex moving and positioning

What HFH offers:
Daily pay rates up to £134.48*, weekly pay up to £941.36*.
Typically, our live-in clients have clinical needs that require approx. 11hrs support throughout the day.
Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, for a live-in carer wishing to work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year), earns up to £24,475.36* per annum.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
*Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.

Requirements:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Flexibility on travel – some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
