What You’ll Be Doing
- First point of contact for IT support – no problem too big or small!
- Maintain devices, networks, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with IT setups.
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and keep systems secure.
What We’re Looking For
- 1st Line IT support experience
- Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi)
- Friendly, problem‑solving attitude
