What You’ll Be Doing

  • First point of contact for IT support – no problem too big or small!
  • Maintain devices, networks, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with IT setups.
  • Support IT projects, upgrades, and keep systems secure.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1st Line IT support experience
  • Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi)
  • Friendly, problem‑solving attitude
