Healthcare Assistance (HFH Healthcare)

Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 non‑invasive ventilation (NIV) support and personal care to a client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, including repositioning, transfers, and assistance with respiratory function.
- Assist with PEG feeding and cough‑assist equipment during night shifts (22:00–07:00).
- Communicate effectively with the client using audio or voice‑activated systems to call for assistance.
- Collaborate with a dedicated core team of carers, staying on one client per shift and ensuring continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Experience with cough‑assist/NIV and PEG feeding preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive handling of clients with limited mobility.
- Good communication skills and empathy toward vulnerable clients.
