Job Description:

At HFH Healthcare, we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams. Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.

We are looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated carer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide emotional and physical support, assist with moving and handling when required, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Client Overview

A 24-year-old young man with KCNT1-related epilepsy, intellectual disability, autism, and ADHD, requiring daily support. He lives with family and attends college five days a week, participating in local support programs on some afternoons and weekends.

Location: Shepherd\’s Bush

Shift Pattern: Monday – Tuesday Nights (8pm – 8am)

What HFH offers:

  • Pay rates from £12.50 – £13.80 per hour
  • Work to meet your availability; typically, carers work three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning £500 – £555 per week
  • Average annual income between £26,200 – £28,950 based on a three-day work pattern
