Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months healthcare experience and know sign language. The client is deaf; communication using sign language is required.
  • Shifts: 10/12 hours a day.
  • Salary: £12.50 - £16.00 an hour.

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily personal care and support
  • Assisting with tracheostomy care (training/experience preferred)
  • Supporting the use of a nebuliser when required
  • Communicating effectively using sign language
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Qualifications and preferences

  • Previous care experience is essential; relevant clinical training is highly desirable.
