At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.
Client Overview:
Sara lives with her family. She enjoys spending her days playing with toys and has a strong love for music, which always lifts her mood. At times, she enjoys lively entertainment, but she also values quiet moments of solitude. It’s important to ensure she always stays safe and happy. Sara has an incredible ability to sense the emotions of those around her, so if you display a low mood, it can affect hers as well.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, willing to go the extra mile to help keep her happy.
Due to her complex medical needs, Sara is a wheelchair user and requires assistance with hoisting into her chair each day, along with breaks for personal care.

Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 – 555 p/wk*.
