Complex Care at Home Hybrid – Wimbledon Office plus community/remote working. £80,000 basic salary plus OTE £100,000, plus car allowance.

We are looking for a commercially driven and well‑connected Head of Commissioning to lead growth across our Complex Care at Home services. This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands the complex care landscape, has established commissioner relationships, and knows how to win and grow high‑value care packages within the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business growth across Complex Care at Home services
  • Building relationships with ICBs, CHC teams, Case Managers, Local Authorities, and private commissioners
  • Securing new care packages and framework opportunities
  • Leading tenders, proposals, and strategic partnerships
  • Working closely with clinical and operational teams to mobilise services successfully
  • Representing the organisation across the healthcare sector and wider community

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within a Complex Care at Home provider
  • Strong business development and commissioning background
  • Existing commissioner and case management relationships
  • Demonstrable success securing and growing complex care packages
  • Commercially focused with excellent relationship‑building skills
