Client Overview:

Our client lives with a spinal condition and sometimes has seizures. Although she is non‑verbal, she is a very happy and bright lady. She lives with her mum who is very involved with her care and has a great relationship with her. Our client is a 29‑year‑old female who loves music, and listening to her favourite songs instantly lifts her mood. She has favourite toys that she likes to play with and at times enjoys playing with them in silence. As the family are of Asian background we are looking for a female Urdu‑speaking or of Asian descent carer who is adaptable and has a background in seizure management to assist our client in living a full life.

Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500‑555 p/wk*. The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three‑day‑a‑week work pattern equates to an average annual income between £26,200‑£28,950*.

Job Purpose:

  • To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.
  • To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.
  • To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client‑specific care.
  • To supervise and delegate tasks to double‑up staff.
