We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support complex care clients in their own homes. Each carer will work at a single client's residence.

Location: Potters End.

Job type: Full Time or Part Time available. 12‑hour shifts.

Salary: £12.50 – £17.93 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing care to complex clients in their homes.
  • Work one 12‑hour shift per day, typically 3 shifts per week (36 hours).
  • Maintain continuity with a small core team of regular staff.
  • Follow care plans and ensure client safety and wellbeing throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate with other staff and professionals as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • No fewer than 6 months of experience caring for complex clients.
  • Compassionate, reliable, proactive and able to work independently in a client home.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Direct employment by the company (PAYE) – no outside agency or self‑employment; protects from IR35.

Work patterns and pay:

The average shift is 12 hours. Care staff typically work three shifts per week, earning approximately £500–£555 per week, which translates to an annual income of £26,200–£28,950. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay, which is accumulated per hour worked.
