We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support complex care clients in their own homes. Each carer will work at a single client's residence.
Location: Potters End.
Job type: Full Time or Part Time available. 12‑hour shifts.
Salary: £12.50 – £17.93 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing care to complex clients in their homes.
- Work one 12‑hour shift per day, typically 3 shifts per week (36 hours).
- Maintain continuity with a small core team of regular staff.
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety and wellbeing throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with other staff and professionals as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
