We are recruiting Specialist Care Assistants to provide one-to-one support for adults with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Unlike traditional domiciliary care, this role allows you to focus on a single client throughout your shift, providing consistent, high-quality support while building meaningful relationships. Your Role
- Deliver personalised care and support tailored to the client's needs
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Support clients with complex healthcare needs, including spinal injuries and respiratory care
- Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
- Follow individual care plans and clinical guidance
