Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Client Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated healthcare assistant to provide support for an adult male who sustained a spinal cord injury, which leads to very limited mobility. He has a tracheostomy that helps him maintain his airway and requires ventilation overnight. He requires assistance to perform his activities of daily living. His clinical interventions include:
- Tracheostomy Care
- Tracheostomy Ventilation
- Suprapubic Catheter Care
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
Shift Pattern: Day shift 8am–8pm and night shift 8pm-8am.
What HFH offers: Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - £555 per week. The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three-day-a-week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950.
