HFH Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
You will work as part of a dedicated care team, following personalised care plans and clinical guidance to ensure each client receives safe, consistent, and person-centred support.
This is not a domiciliary care role. You will support one client during your shift and will not travel between multiple homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs
- Assist with personal care, daily routines, mobility, and household tasks where required
- Support clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeingMonitor changes in the client's condition and report concerns promptly
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance
- Administer or support medication in line with training and agreed procedures
- Maintain accurate care records and daily notes
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
About You
We are looking for Support Workers who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent care
- Attentive to detail and confident identifying changes in wellbeing
- Comfortable working independently within a client's home
- Positive and confident working as part of a wider care team
- Flexible and willing to work day, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts where required
Previous professional care or support work experience is desirable. We also welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience in healthcare, nursing, mental health support, disability support, childcare, education, or community support.

Earnings
Many of our Support Workers work around 36 hours per week, with earnings dependent on hourly rate, shift pattern, and hours worked.
As a PAYE employee, you will benefit from secure employment, pension contributions, holiday pay, and protection from IR35 tax complications associated with self-employed arrangements.
