We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Worthing area. A typical working pattern may be 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; however, working patterns can change dependent on clients’ needs.
What HFH offers:
- Daily pay rates up to £134.48, weekly pay up to £941.36.
- Typically, our live-in clients have clinical needs that require approx. 11hrs support throughout the day.
- Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability.
- A live-in carer wishing to work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year) earns up to £24,475.36 per annum.
- We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status.
- This removes the need for you to employ third-party companies or calculate your own tax.
- PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
