Join Our Specialist Complex Care Team
We're looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers to provide one-to-one care for clients living with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, ventilator dependency, and other complex healthcare needs in their own homes. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist clinical skills while supporting clients to live independently and comfortably within their local community. No previous complex care experience is necessary – full training and ongoing support are provided by our clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-to-one support in the client's home
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Deliver tracheostomy and ventilator care following training
- Administer medication and complete care records
- Monitor wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate and reliable individuals

- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks
