Locations: Wiltshire, SN25. Please only apply if you are able to work more than 24 hours a week. We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home to home role; you will solely be based at one client's residence. Our clients have quite complex needs and would need a carer who is attentive, pro-active but also up for a challenge. Every day is different here at HFH but we are here to make a difference!

Schedule: 12 hour shifts available
