We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Head of Business Development to lead growth across our Complex Care at Home services. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the complex care landscape, has established commissioner relationships, and knows how to win and grow high-value care packages within the community.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving new business growth across Complex Care at Home services
  • Building relationships with ICBs, CHC teams, Case Managers, Local Authorities, and private commissioners
  • Securing new care packages and framework opportunities
  • Leading tenders, proposals, and strategic partnerships
  • Working closely with clinical and operational teams to mobilise services successfully
  • Representing the organisation across the healthcare sector and wider community

  • Proven experience within a Complex Care at Home provider
  • Strong business development and commissioning background
  • Existing commissioner and case management relationships
