At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams. Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the London area. 2 weeks On / 2 weeks Off Live-In shifts available.
Responsibilities:- Provide care in patients' homes in accordance with care plans and healthcare guidelines.
- Work day or night shifts, including weekends, as required.
- Collaborate with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams and other professionals as needed.
- Support clients to remain at home and maintain daily living activities.
- Daily pay rates up to £134.48, weekly pay up to £941.36 (rates include holiday pay).
- Live-in shifts available; typical live-in clients require ~11 hours of support per day.
- Potential annual earnings up to £24,475.36 for a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off pattern (26 weeks per year).
- PAYE employment; no third-party admin; PAYE protects against IR35.
- Enhanced rates for weekends.
