About the Role
Due to rapid growth, we’re expanding our Onboarding team and this role would be ideal for a Registered Nurse. You’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with commissioners, winning new care packages, and overseeing their mobilisation. This is a sales-driven position (approximately 75% sales / 25% project management) with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care through collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to securing and mobilising care packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders
- Promote HFH Healthcare through strategic marketing, networking, and presentations
- Manage and support service mobilisation in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting system
- Attend and contribute to commissioner, MDT, and family meetings
- Support the development of proposals, pricing, and bid submissions
About You
Essential:
- Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or healthcare sale
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” approach
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable:
- Background in complex care, brain injury, or learning disability services
Geographical coverage may expand in line with business growth. This role is subject to enhanced DBS and reference checks.
