I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate who are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their growing Marine team.
This role will be working closely with the Marine Liability Claims Manager handling complex Liability cases, particularly in the US. Excellent knowledge of ECF and Lloyd’s Claims Schemes is required for this role as well as 5/10+ years handling Marine Liability Claims. Good experience handling delegated business is an advantage too.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing feedback to underwriters and management regarding the structure of their claims and associated risk information to enhance the overall underwriting standards within the company.
- Ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s minimum standards at all times and supporting underwriters and claims adjusters in their processes.
- Upholding the values of the Syndicate by ensuring fair treatment for all customers.
- Managing all assigned claims in alignment with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Preparing departmental reports as needed.
- Attending market meetings and conference calls as required.
- Ensuring that all complaint-related issues are documented and resolved in accordance with company policy.
- Assisting internal stakeholders with various ad hoc activities and projects as necessary.
