A specialty insurer is currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst. You will be the second person to join the compliance team in this growing business and report directly into the Head of Compliance. You will be mentored throughout, taking ownership of some projects and supporting the Head of Compliance in others.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Provide expertise on a wide range of UK related compliance and data protection matters
- Respond proactively to all upcoming regulatory change
- Support the embedding of compliance with SMCR, IDD, Product Governance, Consumer Duty, GDPR, Data Protection and Conduct Risk
- Carry out sanctions screening and due-diligence
- Support input to committees, including the Delegated Authority Committee
- Support the complaints management process
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience of working in compliance at an insurance organisation
