We have partnered with a specialist UK insurer to find a Portfolio Performance Manager to lead the performance oversight of their motor-focused book. This is a key role with real influence-shaping strategy, supporting planning, and driving profitability across a unique and complex portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyse portfolio performance by scheme, trade, and channel to drive actionable insights.
- Support business planning with clear input on rate actions, claims inflation, and loss ratio trends.
- Enhance performance MI and deliver reporting to senior stakeholders and board-level forums.
- Build effective oversight of outsourced partners, ensuring aligned and transparent performance management.
- Lead the Performance & Decisions Committee and contribute to internal governance forums.
This is a great role for someone with experience managing Motor, Home, or other Personal Lines portfolios, who enjoys working with different teams to understand what's driving performance and can help improve it through targeted pricing and underwriting decisions.
