An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury Manager to support a regulated insurance business during a significant period of change and transformation. This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role responsible for the end‐to‐end management of treasury operations, ensuring the smooth running of daily cash positioning, liquidity management, payments, funding movements, banking operations, and treasury reporting across multiple entities.

We're looking for someone with strong treasury experience gained within the insurance sector or wider regulated financial services environment, who can quickly step into a fast‐paced business and provide stability, oversight, and operational leadership during a transitional period.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining liquidity buffers, overseeing cash flow forecasting, managing critical payment operations, and ensuring treasury activities remain compliant with PRA/FCA expectations and operational resilience requirements. You'll also support ongoing change initiatives, strengthen controls and processes, and help manage operational risk across treasury activities.

This role requires a confident and commercially minded treasury professional who is comfortable operating in time‐critical environments, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and driving effective decision‐making during periods of organisational change. Experience within insurance treasury operations is essential, alongside strong knowledge of cash management, payments, banking operations, liquidity management, and governance frameworks.

You'll also contribute to board and committee reporting, regulatory reporting, audit activity, contingency planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, while acting as a senior operational lead within the treasury function.
