You will work across underwriting, exposure management, pricing, policy administration, and post-bind operations to ensure systems, data flows, and processes support business objectives effectively.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Have strong background in the insurance industry is essential
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst is essential
- Have proven track record of delivering IT and digital change initiatives, ideally involving core insurance platforms.
- You will have a strong working knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery, including backlog management and minimum viable product-driven approaches, and be confident working with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, along with data analysis (e.g. SQL), reporting tools, or process modelling, is highly desirable.
