They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their high-performing IBA team, ideal for someone motivated to support key financial operations and work closely with senior leaders on impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection of premiums and claims, ensuring debt and brokerage remain within agreed procedures
  • Support the IBA team in clearing unmatched cash and funded balances
  • Resolve finance queries with Account Handlers and elevate issues as necessary
  • Regularly review credit control accounts with management
  • Assist in team training and continuous improvement initiatives
