- Insurance experience is essential

- Have strong exposure to finance systems (i.e. ERP tools, workflow, payment, treasury, consolidation & reporting systems)
- Have strong communications skills
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and have the ability to engage and build relationships
- Have an analytical, investigative approach with ability to work systematically and unsupervised, to tight deadlines and with multiple competing priorities
