I am currently partnered with a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their growing team on a 12M FTC basis initially.
This role will be handling and managing a broad range of Casualty Claims from global jurisdictions, including the US.
My client is looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster with experience handling complex Liability Claims within the Lloyd's/London Market. Experience using ECF is essential and someone who is comfortable with Lloyd's Claims Schemes, and ideally US exp.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the profitability of the business by ensuring claims are handled appropriately, with a focus on effective claims outcomes, maximising subrogation opportunities and controlling expenses.
- Directly manage a portfolio of claims to a high standard, identifying and pursuing opportunities to create value and protect the organisation's position through proactive claims handling.
- Manage allocated claims through to satisfactory resolution for all relevant stakeholders, with a focus on minimising the claims lifecycle and reducing the number of static claims.
- Support the production of internal and external claims reporting and the operation of relevant controls.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and functions, including Underwriting, Exposure Management, Reinsurance, Operations, Delegated Operations and Compliance.
