An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a fast growing Insurance firm in the market. You will focus on analysing, enhancing, and supporting insurance technology and data solutions. You will work across underwriting, exposure management, pricing, policy administration, and post-bind operations to ensure systems, data flows, and processes support business objectives effectively.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Have strong background in the insurance industry is essential
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst is essential
- Have proven track record of delivering IT and digital change initiatives, ideally involving core insurance platforms.
- You will have a strong working knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery, including backlog management and minimum viable product-driven approaches, and be confident working with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, along with data analysis (e.g. SQL), reporting tools, or process modelling, is highly desirable.
- Have experience working in a fast-paced transformation environment.
