A major insurance company that operates in the Lloyd's and Company markets is seeking an individual to join their compliance assurance team. In this position, you will support the delivery of the firm's oversight and assurance framework through conduct assurance reviews and compliance monitoring.
Duties include:
- Assurance Monitoring
- Delivering parts of the annual Oversight Assurance Plan.
- Performing assurance reviews and maintaining records.
- Tracking remediation actions and performing regular monitoring and investigations.
- Supporting the development of the Oversight Assurance framework.
- Working with stakeholders to support assurance activity.
- Enhancing MI and producing clear, insightful reporting for governance committees.
- Meeting PRA/FCA Conduct Rule standards and financial crime obligations.
