This position is for a Binding Authority Operations Associate within a fast-growing Binders team. As part of the Binding Authority Operations function, the role is responsible for delivering comprehensive servicing support across allocated client accounts.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Contract preparation, coverholder compliance and support, and the accurate processing of bordereaux.
- Drafting new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements, as well as issuing mid-term endorsements.
- Maintaining and updating records within ATLAS and DCOM.
- Communicating with clients regarding contractual documentation, reporting requirements, and premium settlements.
- Providing underwriters with regular bordereaux submissions and premium updates.
- Updating and maintaining internal broking system records.
- Managing and maintaining monitoring spreadsheets to support oversight and reporting.
- Processing contracts and premium bordereaux through internal systems and IMR.
- Supporting team members across all operational activities as required.
- Undertaking additional duties in line with the needs of the business.
Ideal Experience:
- Preparing Binding Authority contracts across a range of specialty classes of business.
- Working with ATLAS and DCOM.
- Experience using PPL.
- Reviewing and processing premium bordereaux.
- Using IMR and liaising with Xchanging.
